Geoffrey Lewis: Chief Executive Officer

Geoff
Lewis established ASG with co-founder Stephen Tull with the vision of
providing quality technical services to users of mid range enterprise
computer systems. Geoff has over 25 years experience in the delivery of
Information Technology services. This experience was gained during an
international career working with top tier consultants and in very
large banking, insurance, commercial and government environments. He is
acknowledged as a leader of the outsourcing industry in Australia and
was recognised with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Western
Australia in 2003. Geoff has been Managing Director of the private ASG
Group since inception in 1996. In July 1997 Geoff was appointed as a Board Member to the North Melbourne Football Club. |
Dean Langenbach: Chief Operating Officer

Dean
was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in September 2011 after
spending more than 6 years as ASG’s Chief Financial Officer. Dean has
responsibility for all operational aspects of ASG’s performance.
Dean has over 18 years experience in accounting, business analysis and
financial management. Prior to joining ASG, Dean held
senior finance roles with Onesteel focusing on business improvement,
growth initiatives and integration of acquisitions. During a 5 year
period in London, Dean worked in financial management roles with
multinational companies Kingfisher (retail group), Diageo (beverage
group) and GE Capital (global financier). Dean qualified as a
Chartered Accountant in 1996 while working with Deloitte in Perth. |
Stuart Whipp: Chief Financial Officer

Stuart
possesses over 20 years of Australian and International experience in
Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining ASG, Stuart was a member of
the Senior Leadership Team at Australia’s largest agricultural
retailer, Agrium Asia Pacific Limited Group (AAPL). At
AAPL, Stuart had a range of roles and responsibilities covering
accounting, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and investor relations
as well as being a member of the Management Investment Committee and a Director for numerous group companies. Prior to working at Agrium, Stuart was a senior member of KPMG Melbourne’s International and Corporate Tax Division following a transfer from KPMG London, where Stuart worked within the Audit, Tax and Transaction Services Divisions. During his time at KPMG, Stuart serviced key clients such as Orica, Tabcorp, Siemens, Optus and Holden. Stuart’s experience includes lead roles on major merger and acquisitions projects, restructures and integrations, together with wide ranging involvement in accounting, taxation, treasury and investor relations. Stuart is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
Gerald Strautins: Executive - Strategy

Gerald
has over 28 years experience in business and information systems. He
has extensive consulting, programme and business management experience.
He has superior strengths in the formulation and implementation of
strategic business and information systems plans with the emphasis on
the use of IS to support the corporate and business objectives. Gerald has unparalleled international experience working in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America with companies such as Marks & Spencer, AstraZeneca, Siemens, CSC and Unisys in establishing, transitioning and managing global managed service & outsourced delivery operations. |
Michelle Bevan: Executive, People & Culture

Michelle
has more than 20 years experience in customer service and human
resource management, having held senior management roles in the
Financial Services and Education sector. Michelle has a breadth of experience from undertaking specialist human resource management roles in organisational development, remuneration and policy and combines this with leadership roles where she transformed and built customer service teams and business units. Michelle was appointed Executive, People & Culture in 2011, with responsibility for human resources strategy and practice including culture development, learning and development, talent and career development, attraction and selection, rewards and recognition and employment policy. |
